The other day, Viktor Leshchynskyi, the chair of the Viktor Leshchynskyi Charitable Fund, received an acknowledgment from Mykhailo Kuznietsov, First Deputy Head of the National Police of Ukraine, Chief of the Criminal Police, Third Rank Police General, for providing humanitarian aid to the department.
The acknowledgment states the following:
